Cat of the week is when, each week, a user's cat is chosen to be 'cat of the week' the prize if fresh-kill, which you can use to buy items at the fresh-kill pile.
Cat of the week is decided by-
1. how much events the cat has participated in.
2. How much fresh-kill the cat's user has.
3. how much events the cat has participated in.
4. interaction with other cats
