Fan Art RP is a website created by me, Waterwing, known as Kitty there. It's just like a normal RPing site, except that you may only use fan art for your character's appearance or write about it, NOT pictures of real animals.

I'm prettykitty there, so no, I did not just join FanArtRP. In fact, I created FanArtRP, so I could not have recently joined. Maybe someone else joined with Waterwing as their username, but I doubt it.
